Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print
 Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

 

This .pdf version is a good version to hand-out.  Put light-green  (or any color)

paper in your printer and print a bunch of "first-page-only", then take

the paper pile (usually leaving it face-side-up) and put it back into the

paper-supply-slot.  Then print the same bunch of "second-page-only"
